MasterWorks
Imaging fine art photographic prints and art reproductions are created
using modern digital imaging technology to give us unparalleld control
over the
final
work. This
modern technique used to produce our prints has become known as
giclée
printing. We use only museum quality materials,
including the finest archival
art
papers, canvas and pigment inks. The inkset
we are currently using is resistant to water damage and has been tested
by the Wilhelm Research Institute for lightfastness of up to 200 years
when displayed properly. Our printing process is currently one of the
most archival methods of photographic and art reproduction.
FOR
PHOTOGRAPHERS
In
addition to producing the fine art prints of Master Photographer
BC Baggett, we also accept work from other photographers.
We can print from digital files you provide, or we can produce hi-resolution
scans from film up to 4"x5" using our Imacon Flextight scanner.
FOR ARTISTS
We also reproduce orginal works of art — oil paintings, watercolors,
drawings etc. — using the same archival materials used to create
our fine art photographic prints. Depending
upon size, originals are reproduced digitally or on
4"x5" film to create the high resolution digital files from
which we print. We can reproduce your art on archival art papers
or canvas.
We have been reproducing the beautiful life-size, photo-realistic watercolor
works of Master Artist, Myra Schuetter, for several years. To view her
masterpieces of watercolor art, visit her web-site at www.schuetterstudio.com.
VINTAGE PHOTOGRAPHIC REPRODUCTION
The archival methods used by MasterWorks imaging are also ideal for reproducing
vintage photographic works. It is ideal for creating vintage looking copies of
family heirloom photographs. Occaisionally,
we
also offer
archival
reproductions
or unusual or rare images. See the list below for reproductions currentlly available.
